The Ricohgraph (as the previous owner dubbed it) has been painstakingly cleaned by Jon Market and is properly printing again.
What does that mean? We can now do single color “risograph” style prints, where the ink is squeezed through a master automatically made of rice paper. But, it’s still a 23 year old duplicator with NO network or computer port, so you have to print your original and put it on the scanning bed to get started. And since we only have the single drum, it’s not possible (we don’t think) to swap to one of the other ink colors at the moment. But we’re on the hunt for more parts, in hopes this allows for some great zine or poster making.
