Quick question here! According to the website,the founders Membership will automatically start the monthly fee after “opening”. My question is about what date is considered open? It’s technically open now, but not quite ready for use, correct? So I’m wondering what a general timeline is? Is there going to be a grand opening once the first studio is ready? And what is the build out timing, and rough order of magnitude dates for studio opening openings (carpentry,metal, ceramics. Etc)? Ie opening in March, build out of Studio “A” in June, studio “B” in August, etc.
(Needing to understand for budgeting purposes)

While we’re in the space, we’re not open yet - there’s still some construction that has to happen and an “occupancy change” on the parts of the building with the studios. I’ll have a better idea in the next week or so about that opening date, once I get those final quotes from the few HVAC providers we reached out to.
The plan is this: we’re aiming to have the woodshop, ceramics studio, and fabric studios open at grand opening time, with a prioritized list for the other spaces. If you’re a founding member, we’ll be reaching out in advance to see what studio you’re waiting for. Say you’re interested in the podcasting studio and it’s not ready on the day we open, you can choose to hold on starting your membership until that studio is open. Then, your yearly membership would start when that studio was open, so you’re not paying for something you can’t use. Does that make sense?
