Thank you to everyone who came to last week’s Woodworking meeting at the makerspace! I hope this is the first of many, and am excited to see what the woodworking group looks like as the space gets together.
Some important action items:
- We’re going to set up a temporary woodshop in the northern end of the building. If you’re available and interested, please drop by on Saturday Nov 22nd at 1pm to help set it up (more details on Point)
- Pick a time that works for our next meeting after Thanksgiving by replying back and letting me what times work for you of these:

What we need to figure out:
- What extra tools or items do we need for the temporary woodshop?
- What are some designs we want to use for building workbenches and cabinets for the shops?
- How do we get everyone organized and able to contribute, either planning out the woodshop or helping build items for the rest of the spaces?
